Saturday (after Blueberry Ricotta Pancakes, P90X plyometrics, and a fun financial discussion) E & I went to the Freshworks festival downtown. Who knew there was an entire farm in downtown Birmingham??

Friday Night Date Night

This was my outfit Friday night. Top is Ann Taylor. Skirt J.Crew. Shoes Steve Madden. What do we think? I wasn't sure if that top worked with the skirt but I was too hot for skinny jeans. E & I went to El Barrio and then to Pale Eddies downtown. It was very fun to get dressed up and have a night out on the town!

Wine Tasting

E & I love our part of town! And we really love Neighborhood Hops & Vine in Crestline Park. The owner, Chandler, is so passionate about wines- it is a blast to hear him talk about them. They are all the time having wine tastings over at ORE a few doors down. Free wine, free food, what's not to like?!

Joint Checking Account Official

E & I got our joint checking account set up and checks came in the mail! We are so married!

Why I'm starting a Blog!

I want to start a blog too! It seems like everyone has a cute blog and I want in on the action! I am a little over a month into the life I've been wanting and praying for years! I married the sweetest, cutest guy, Ethan Flanagan, on Cinco de Mayo 2012. I moved into his awesome bachelor pad, and we are having a blast "playing house." We may only be a family of 2 right now, but I'm getting started now!
